We Invite you to come and spend your holidays in our 'Houseboat'/ also known as 'KETTUVALLAM' in the
local dialect. It will be a truly memorable life time experience, where you will have your accommodation,
sumptuous meals of your choice, enjoy the vast stretches of beautiful calm, serene water, greenery and
rustic farm life which are refreshing to both eyes and mind.
Drain out your stress and mental tension while you stretch out on the sundeck enjoying the soothing
breeze, the fresh air away from pollution and the excellent view of the mesmerizing beauty around you.

Our houseboat offers you a dream on water which is self contained with a living area, A/c bedroooms,which Has an attached Bio-toilet and shower, a modern kitchen and sundeck to stretch and enjoy the uninterrupted view sitting on the upper deck. We have a team of well trained staff to take care your comfort and safety, while you enjoy yourself leaving all your worries behind. In all a truly unique experience which leaves yourelaxed and rejuvenated and tempting you to come back again and again.

A kettuvallam usually has one or two bath attached rooms, an open lounge, deck, kitchenette and a crew comprising two oarsmen and a cook. Traditional lanterns are used as lights.(Earlier, these traditional country boats were used as the mode of transport in the early times from the isolated interior villages to the towns. But these boat services   have already given way to the developments taken place in the transport services in the  recent past.)

02. No transfers are included in the above rate.
03. Check in time: 12.30 pm, Check out time: 9.30 am.
04. Management is not responsible for late arrivals and check out time will be followed as per Schedule
05. Usage of fans should be restricted to the night only as they are solar powered
(Usage during day may exhaust the power supply.
06. Air conditioner in the bedrooms will be on only from 09 pm to 07 am.  
07. In case of Air Conditioner breakdown, deluxe houseboat Tariff will be charged
